Bio

I'm a Phd candidate in Comp. Lit at Columbia University. I'm almost done with my coursework, and my dissertation is probably going to be on the uses of Orientalism in pornography, specifically internet pornography, making connections between ideas from Flaubert's Travels in Egypt and other sex tourist texts to fetishization of the sexual "Other" online. I'm still working out the details.
